excellent service, cleaners replace sheets and towels every day, the whole building was very clean and tidy, comfortable beds, only complaint which is minor is that there was no stove to cook on which makes it not optimal for a budget friendly holiday if you want to save money by cooking at home, aside from this, an excellent hostel for the price!

This place reeks of cigarette smoke. All my clothes smelled like smoke. I'm sure this place will be just fine for people who smoke but for those who don't it's absolutely disgusting.

Ficamos no apartamento 103. Cama de casal e solteiro confortáveis e quarto limpo ! Cozinha compartilhada e dois banheiros (com sabonete líquido) para apenas 4 quartos. Não há elevador como na acomodação do lado onde fizemos o check in e check out, mas isso não foi problema. Próximo ao metrô, ônibus e bonde. Janela antiruidos, ventiladores e aquecedor. Enxoval de boa qualidade. A melhor hospedagem que fiquei com banheiro coletivo nesta viagem ! Dica importante: Não recomendo hospedagem em dias um pouco quentes. Os ventiladores não darão conta! Diferente do dias frios que o aquecedor potente dever atender bem.

Central but out-dated

The place is located central in Lisboa, easy to get around and close to all facilities. The place need some touch and improvement. The time that we were in Lisboa, it was heat wave with temp. above 35 degree C. Imagine sleeping in bed room with only 1 fan, as the place has no air condition, not so nice sleep 😞.

Local igual ao anúncio, só não curti mt o lance da recepção ser no hotel do lado. Mas a limpeza é impecável. Tds os dias meu quarto foi limpo ao extremo, o banheiro sempre limpinho e o local super silencioso e tranquilo. Não usei a cozinha, mas tinha tudo q se precisa. Top!!!! Só faltou ter ar p ser totalmente perfeito.
