It was good. Apt was clean and maintained by room service throughout. Hotel staff were nice and friendly especially the breakfast staff. Staff already had the pullout couch ready for my friend so that was considerate of them. I read about the noise from patrons from clubs and bars late nights, but the new windows in bedroom cancel all the noise, so no complaints overnight. Cable behind tv was broken at the end, so it was useless. Staff came to check it out & said they’d be back, but never came to fix it. Wi-Fi was also weak. Couldn’t connect with my iPad and was spotty on my iPhone. None of these really matter though, as we were able to adapt. We had a good time is what counts. We were close to many restaurants, landmarks, and scenic overlook.

Amazing property and location right in the heart of Bairro Alto. Close to so many dining options and party clubs and walking distance to many sights in the area. Can be very loud and crowded but the sound proof windows on our first floor room with balconies did an AMAZING job of keeping the noise away from our room. Staff were very communicative and helpful with the parking but make sure you book a parking spot with them in advance if you have a car because they have limited spots.

Excellent location for the nightlife and dining options. Good location. A lot of walking still. But that’s Lisbon. The only issue we had was we paid for three nights and we only stayed two nights because of travel issue but I understand their policy. Great Fado restaurant two minutes away.

Apartment was great. We used the kitchen, which was adequately stocked with dishes and cookware, for tea and dinner some evenings which we picked up from nearby grocery stores. Wore ear plugs for sleeping and no issues. Lots of bars and dining options nearby. Stairs were no issue for us but I could see how others could struggle. Rooftop was beautiful and we had wine and dinner one evening while watching the sunset. The included breakfast was fabulous with lots of options. We would return to this same spot!

Apartment was clean. No elevator, you have to carry luggage up 2 flights of narrow stairs. During the day, quiet area. But every night loud partying til 4 am. Even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The refrigerator is stocked with drinks & snacks, but it’s extra. I feel in room coffee should be free. Reception communication is terrible. EVERY time I went in there no one was there. I had to call the outside line & tell them I was standing there, then they would show up 5 min later. Very strange. I asked for my room not to be cleaned until day 3 as I don’t like people in & out with all my belongings out. They said ok, the next day housekeeping was in there. Poor communication. Last day checking out, they said not to worry someone would be there, AGAIN no one there. We had a taxi scheduled as well, they had to call for one even though it was prescheduled?? Pros; full breakfast daily. Plenty of food and options. Relatively close to trams, Ubers are not allowed on the street there but taxis are. Couple of street over there a lot of cafes/restaurants

The property was able to help us book airport transfers that took us and picked us up right from the front door of our apartment. AmZing location, amazing staff, felt a true living in Lisbon vibes as these are apartments, meet locals, tons of great restaurants, nice that it’s on a private road so no cars, quiet, when you order an uber for example you walk 1-2 minutes or so down the road and hop in car. I will stay here every time I’m in Lisbon. Perfect place. Breakfast was great at the restaurant they partner with Nextdoor Aldeia. Clean organized, would give 10 starts if possible. Truly enjoyed my few day stay here.

Find another a better place for your money

If wasn’t for the the fact that we paid for three beds and we got a bed and an uncomfortable couch (we told them about they did nothing), if it wasn’t because you have little privacy since they come into the room to place your breakfast in the fridge (which you really do not need) and if it wasn’t because they mischarge you for the use of the mini bar, then you can start thinking to book this place. Also, I think the photos are a bit misleading. Last suggestion: before you leave the place take pictures of the minibar just in case. We were overcharged for a bottle of wine and a Pringle box that we did not take of course.
