We had difficulty with initial entering as our email was down and didn't have wifi therefore couldnt get info on code. after a few intercom rings an attendant (who was very helpful and kind) did come down to where we were met and guidance was given once we could connect to wifi. The area is a little underwhelming but can navigate easily around. It is opposite a supermarket and chemist which is very handy.

Great location with easy street access and simple access to downtown. Would stay here again. Seeing many other travellers drag their luggage over cobble stone streets inaccessible to cars to get to their accommodations made us very grateful that we stayed here. Building also had an elevator which was a happy surprise!

The walls are paper thin. Heard people knocking on doors all night and loud conversations in the lobby (i was on the 2nd floor). The place smelled like mildew and the bed had hair on it. Bathroom was nice and so were amenities. Didnt feel the safest in the area, but liked having a grocery store across the property.

The exterior view was a little disconcerting, but once inside the building, we felt very comfortable and appreciated the beauty of the perhaps historical structure and all the amenities in the kitchen area.

Great for late check-in if you arrive with a late flight! Instructions are clear for self check-in. Room arrangement is peculiar, we had no way of turning on or off the room lights from the bed. Perfectly fine otherwise.

We stayed for 2 nights, and it was good. I would say the outdoor of the hotel is quite deceiving from the pictures that are posted, I was unsure of where it was till I saw the sign. However, the inside of the hotel was clean and nicely put together. There is no receptionist but it was super easy to navigate on my own. Bathroom and rooms were nice. The hotel is also a short 10min walk to the district which is a bonus, overall I would recommend this stay for couples/groups, just be cautious of walking alone a night and avoid some parts of the street.
