Very DISAPPOINTED guest! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The photos displayed on line are VERY misleading and they are HORRIBLE with customer service! I requested a beautiful balcony view of the city and instead received an apartment in the basement level with a view of a CEMENT WALL

The check in took a bit of time because it was a self checking in, but our stay was wonderful overall and no complains at all. The most important thing is that my family was comfortable with our time there including the fact that the hotel is close to transit options and food choices. Will stay on the same hotel if ever will come back to Lisbon again. Thanks

The property was clean, maintained, and in walking distance from shopping and dining options. Parking was about a 10min walk away which was ok, but found AC unit difficult to work properly. Overall it was a good experience.

We asked for a room without stairs as I was traveling with my 83 year old mother. The room we were first given had 3-4 stairs down to the room with no handrail on the wall. We moved to a handicapped accessible room which was amazing! Unfortunately we had a nightly leak from either the dishwasher or the water tank and had to put towels down on the floor. My mother almost slipped on the floor our first night as we were not made aware of the leak! We had a ground floor balcony which was lovely. The staff were great and there were many lovely restaurants and nice shopping in the area. All in all it was a great stay and I would strongly recommend this property to fellow travellers.

The property was very convenient. The 4th floor view off of the terrace is great. The only thing we had an issue with was the AC units were too noisy at night. They were cold so that counts. Shower pressure was nice and strong. Check in and check out is straight forward. And luggage lockers for early arrivals are available in the lobby. I would use Libere again. Rua da Rosa has great restaurants.

Highly Recommended: A Comfortable & Convenient Stay at Libere Lisbon Principe Real! Our four-night stay at Libere Lisbon Principe Real was delightful. The apartments are exceptionally well-equipped, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel instantly at ease. The thoughtful starter pack – with cleaning products, tea towel, coffee, crisps, and water – was a fantastic welcome. Coupled with a fully-functional kitchen, it truly felt like a home away from home. Service was a standout; the team was responsive on WhatsApp, promptly fixing our air conditioning. Our apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and boasted lots of storage. The friendly, helpful receptionist and the constant staff presence were reassuring. Convenient lockers were available before check-in and after check-out. While a small bathroom shelf for toiletries and perhaps a washing machine for longer stays could be useful additions, these are minor points. Overall, we had a superb time. For a well-managed, comfortable, and convenient Lisbon base, Libere Lisbon Principe Real is an excellent choice. We'd definitely return!
