The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! Helpful, take time to make sure you are comfortable. It is a smaller size boutique hotel. Renovated rooms, very very clean; From the sheets to the bathroom- everything was spotless. The bathroom was on the smaller side but that is to be expected in central location. Close to everything- shopping, dining, post office, transportation, train station- you name it- everything is there! Recommended breakfast and brunch spot: LEVE Food for all (next to train station)

We chose Lx Arch hotel because of its location which was very convenient to many sites. There are a lot of tourist in the area and can get crowded. The hotel is not directly accessible by taxi so you have to arrange for pickups at least a block away. The room was VERY tight. We are both tall and fortunately only had a roller bag and backpack each. Anything more would not have fit in our room. They did offer to move us to a slightly larger room, but it wasn’t available the first night and we already were on an excursion when the called the next day for transfer. The front desk clerk was great and created us with some port and a Portugal traditional pastry. I would have preferred the larger room but we made it work. The room was tidy and clean and room service was excellent. Did I not opt for the breakfast so no comment.

The LX Arch is a hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Easy access to Praca do Comercio, many restaurants and the Metro. The staff was excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. The only drawback was that our room was on the Rua Augusta and it is noisy at night. It does quiet down after 11 pm and, if inclined you can join in the fun.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room also had a wonderful view up and down R. Augusta. The A/C was quiet and very efficient. It was also positioned behind a ceiling divider so as not to push a cold draft on you in bed. Breakfast was excellent with a wid variety of items to eat.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, great staff! This hotel is Perfect! The downfall is that they will offer you breakfast however you have to go out of the hotel to get it. Don’t pay for their breakfast but instead walk around and enjoy the multitude of breakfast places around!

Lots of options for breakfast. The best location for a hotel in Lisbon. Clean rooms and very quiet . The staff was exceptional. Lorraine was the best in helping us with everything from restaurant reservations to assisting us with bus transportation. I’m recommending this hotel to my friends and my son and his wife on their honeymoon next year.

Loved the location of the hotel, extremely convenient and allows us to always go back to take a break in the afternoon without feeling we wasted time commuting back and forth. Customer service was so much better than any 5-star hotel. The welcome local delicacy just topped it off. The room size was smaller than I had thought, can’t even turn around in the bathroom. We were in standard double. So just pay attention to the room size when booking. The real flaw was the shower, there seems to be a gap in the shower door, leaking water onto the floor. It’s a nuisance but the positive certainly made up for this.
