This property was showing pictures of a much bigger room and nicer facilities inside the building than what it actually was. Also when i talked to the staff about the refrigerator not getting cold enough, 3 out 6 six outlets in the room not working, Safe not functioning properly and locking, the A/C took hours to cool the room down to a reasonable temp. They offered nothing as a solution. To top it off the bed was hard as a rock! I would never stay at this place again even if they reduced the price to $50 per night. Stay away! So many other much nicer places in the same area for the same price.

Perfect spot to make home base.

Air conditioning was incredible and room service was on point. Windows opening to indoor courtyard was excellent. Can’t find a better location in Lisbon if you want to walk and explore.

Great location. Only a few minutes to Rossio station, and also a few minutes to E15 cable car station which take you to Belém. Very convenient. Don’t miss their lunch deal. If we have another opportunity to visit Lisbon we will stay there. We arrived around noon the room was ready. We had nice view with balcony.
