The room was clean and spacious with 2 full baths. We also received wine, drinks and snacks upon check-in. Super friendly staff, they even made dinner reservations for us which we really enjoyed. Also close to lots of dining options and landmarks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely, comfortable room (107) for me and my two sisters. Good service, nice breakfast and very helpful if we needed anything. I also booked the airport transfers through the hotel which was also very good.

Rooms were clean and modern and they even put some complimentary wine and beer and chocolate in the fridge. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 2 different rooms (as booked at separate times when we added another day in Lisbon) and both rooms were great. Oh and the blinds are blackout. Slept so well.

The hotel was in a really good location and close to many restaurants, shops and transport links. The room was decorated well and the amenities were good - really good shower with rainfall and detachable head! The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet, whilst small, was tasty and topped up regularly. My only issue was with noise - I was at back of property so no street noise however the sound from other rooms above and beside did travel a lot. This is in a way understandable as an older building however as the rooms here are advertised as “soundproof”; this was louder than expected. Overnight this wasn’t too bad but maybe something to be aware of if you go to bed early or want a lie in! Overall though I would recommend for a trip to Lisbon; it’s vibe and closeness to transport and amenities was great.
