Although the room was small it was clean and had everything we needed for the 2 nights. One glitch, we returned our car to the airport in the evening of December 08th after being told by the reception that the shuttle operated every 20 minutes/ 24 hours a day. Well, that did not work out. We waited 1 hour and no shuttle. We had to take an Uber as it was getting late and had to be up very early for our flight. Oh, and we called the hotel and there was no answer. At the reception, the explanation made no sense… blamed it on the fact that they didn’t get the phone call.

Good hotel especially for the price. Restaurant is okay and my room was 26 degrees Celsius when I came in and took hours to cool down. Other than that it’s super clean, new, well maintained, attentitive staff, has a shuttle to the airport.

Room small but very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Small fridge great. Hotel toiletries very nice. Plush white bathrobes very nice and unexpected. Nice large tv. Very comfortable stay. Booked airport shuttle for pick up and arrived on time and also easily identifiable with hotel name. Bus to central Lisbon only steps away.

We called for the free shuttle and it picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes. The check-in was friendly and efficient. Our room was very small (about the size of the one we had on our cruise ship) but suited our purposes for the one night. The restaurant in the hotel was very good with excellent service and we had a nice dinner there. No other restaurants nearby so that is a consideration. The morning breakfast was included in our rate and it was excellent with lots of good selection. Very good value if you are only staying for one or two nights.
