We were traveling with two cats and a ton of luggage since we were moving, but did not yet have keys to our new place. The hotel staff stored the luggage we didn't need and were great about us having two kitties. The breakfast was great and I LOVED the hotel's interior design!

Only stayed one night but excellent location as closed to airport and Oriente train station. There were plenty on food options near by and a shopping center. The rooms were fairly small for a lengthy stay but it clean and the bed was comfortable. Did not eat at their restaurant but it looked well maintained. The bathroom had an excellent shower and plenty of room to move around in. Overall it meet our needs for location and short stay.
