lol good, except… The Parking, paid $20 and the parking locks down at 8pm. Ad to get staff to assist is getting car out, took an hour and a half! Not cool! Do not go there if you have a car.

More choice of eggs, otherwise ok breakfast. Good staff behaviour. Bathroom could be better as no anti-skid mats and grab rails were absent. Only 1 water bottle of 500ml provided per room even in double occupancy. Choice of pillows was limited. Otherwise fairly comfortable stay.

Wonderful hot breakfast. I love the selection of fresh fruit. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower was also really nice. Loved the rooftop pool and patio

Hotel is conveniently loacated next to Metro station and the room is clean and quiet. One minor thing is water is draining a bit slow during shower. You may want to lift the drain cover to avoid water spilling outside the shower stall. Overall the hotel is good.

Everything was amazing the room and the pool on the roof were breathtaking. It was SO convenient as there were plenty of shopping options close by as well as places to dine. The only downside to the stay was when we asked for extra towels we never received any. We called down to the front desk and they stated towels would be brought up we waited for two hours did not receive anything. We then asked when we were downstairs heading out if we could get extra towels sent to the room, those also never came. Other than that everything else was amazing. The staff overall was so kind and helpful minus the towel situations.

The hotel is ideally situated outside metro station. It took 15 minutes from the airport by metro. Several restaurants nearby. Area felt safe. Lovely buffet breakfast. Would stay again if in Lisbon

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Area was nice, close to everything via the metro, right outside their door. Only a slight knock for the pool, could have used a good cleaning on the tile. Water was clean, tile felt a little slimy in spots. Overall a great place.

We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely stay there again. It has easy access to the Metro, there are great restaurants in the surrounding area and we had excellent breakfasts at Versailles, nearby. The staff are all helpful and very friendly, as well as bring knowledgeable about Lisbon. The hotel is bright, clean and calm. The pool is small (and cold) but the pool area offers great views and is a lovely quiet area to relax after a busy day. The late check-out time was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely Lisbon

Lovely modern clean apartment that was serviced daily. Great location for walking and seeing the sites, however we enjoy walking. Most attractions were within a 45 min walk Lots of casual eating and drinking options nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Has a 24 hr desk.

Great hotel, very comfortable spacious room. Metro station right outside the hotel on a direct line from the airport. Hotel staff excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent. Many restaurants close to the hotel so easy to get whatever you would fancy. If I go back to Lisbon I'll stay there again.
