This was my second stay at Hotel White Lisboa, and once again it exceeded expectations. The staff is truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. One of the hotel’s biggest conveniences is its unbeatable location, with an underground metro station just steps from the front entrance. Downtown Lisbon is also easily accessible, with an Uber ride taking about 10 minutes. A comfortable, well-situated hotel with outstanding service.

Beautiful hotel with a great location and lovely decor, but unfortunately the beds are in desperate need of replacement. For me, a comfortable bed is the main reason to stay at a hotel, and these were uncomfortably firm and worn out, which really affected the overall experience. Everything else was excellent, though!

lol good, except… The Parking, paid $20 and the parking locks down at 8pm. Ad to get staff to assist is getting car out, took an hour and a half! Not cool! Do not go there if you have a car.

More choice of eggs, otherwise ok breakfast. Good staff behaviour. Bathroom could be better as no anti-skid mats and grab rails were absent. Only 1 water bottle of 500ml provided per room even in double occupancy. Choice of pillows was limited. Otherwise fairly comfortable stay.

Hotel is conveniently loacated next to Metro station and the room is clean and quiet. One minor thing is water is draining a bit slow during shower. You may want to lift the drain cover to avoid water spilling outside the shower stall. Overall the hotel is good.
