The hotel was exceptional as was customer service…and the complimentary breakfast. We stayed there due to it being 200m from the airport. They gave us an extended check out of 3pm which was when we needed to be at the airport. We highly recommended this venue. We also loved the room. It was extra special. Thank you Star Inn Hotel!

1. Location of the hotel was walkable from airport. 2. The ambience is welcoming. 3. Check -in was smooth. 4. Room was impeccable. 5. Breakfast buffet was filled with healthy choices. Loved my short stay here and planning to return again. My only complaint - the complimentary cookies tasted terrrible...but they did look pretty!

Location, location if you flying out early morning. Nice that they open continental breakfast from 2 am for people who have early flights. Rooms were small but clean and had all needed for short stay. There was a moldy smell in the hallways not sure why. The hotel looked well maintained. Staff was very helpful and shuttle in the morning is convenient.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom and shower with the clear doors was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. I shared the room with a friend and the bathroom was not private at all. So weird. Hotel is ok. It was convenient for a morning flight the next day.

Hotel is conveniently located near Terminal 1. I walked to the hotel. Window was open when I arrived and there was a mosquito in the room which woke me. Housekeeping in the room wasn’t the best which I didn’t notice until the morning (dirty shower, inop hairdryer, shower soap dispenser inop, no regular coffee). I let the front desk know when departing. Had a decent dinner and breakfast..

Easy to walk even with a suitcase. very comfortable bed. Unnecessary volume of lighting and light switches and lots of storage space -odd since at an airport its basically for one night. I'd have preferred options for eating in the evening not a relatively expensive buffet - so ate at the neighbouring hotel instead.

The hotel and room are fine and the buffet dinner is good for late arrivals. Breakfast was also good. The shuttle service was not ideal. We called 3 times and waited 30 minutes for the pick up at the airport. In the dark it was difficult to determine the walking route. In the morning, there were so many waiting that we just walked. We arrived late and left early, thus airport hotel stay.
