Front desk staff were abrupt, not exactly "not friendly" but not welcoming either~ When I asked for coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room, the gentleman acted like I was asking him to pick, roast and grind the coffee..jeeez! Hotel Roma was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and our room had amazing views, the location was perfect ! It was close to airport and metro station, I would book again! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was nice, with a lot of choices. The hotel is a little dated and the rooms are, well, blah. But, they were clean and the location was convenient to the metro, train station and food.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at Hotel Roma and can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel is perfectly located within a short walking distance to both the Metro and Train stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the spotlessly clean environment. The housekeeping team does an excellent job maintaining the rooms, ensuring everything is tidy and fresh every day. Overall, my experience at Hotel Roma was exceptional.

Great location with a metro station just down the street connecting easily to the downtown area. We stayed as a family with 2 adults an adult child and a tween for a 2 night long weekend in early December. We had a spacious double bed and 2 sodas turned into beds. Room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful with staff constantly filling up. Two of our family are gluten free and a basket with gluten free bread and muffins was provided which was perfect for them. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for simple, well located, comfortable accommodation in Lisbon.
