The Hotel Real Oeiras was a really nice hotel to stay with a really nice breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly. It suited us because we could walk to the train station about 20 minutes walk and there's some lovely restaurants around Paço de Arcos, again 20 minutes walk away. Ubers are reasonable and train into Lisbon are cheap and don't take that long.

We arrived late in the evening to a very courteous concierge, quick and easy check in. A bed had been made up for our 8 year old son. The continental breakfast was better than most. We loved the room size, view and very large balcony. The breakfast was great as well. The only complaint we had was the concierge at the front desk was lacking in some of the info he gave us. We were not made aware that we would need our room card to ride the elevator, use the electricity in our room etc. We had to keep calling the front desk to get this info.

Convenience rather than vacation choice

We were staying here to attend a wedding nearby. It’s in a slightly out of the way location on a housing estate next to an office park. It worked for our purposes, room was ok, great view back to Lisbon from upper floors, staff friendly. It’s a convenient choice if need to be in the area but better options if on vacation.
