I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very walkable to the main attractions and also convenient for taking transit. The hotel itself was clean, and my room (a triple) was spacious and spotless. The staff provided excellent service, and I was pleasantly surprised on my birthday when they delivered sparkling wine to my room—such a thoughtful gesture! Breakfast is included and was very good, though it didn’t have much variety as it was the same each day. Just a note: you do need to book your breakfast time daily. The breakfast area is on the top floor with amazing views, which really adds to the experience. The rooftop restaurant also offers stunning views, and I’d definitely recommend it. On the downside, the room felt a bit outdated, though it was very clean. The blow dryer didn’t work well, and the shower was a little tricky to use (but water pressure was fine). The bathroom lighting was quite dim—not ideal for getting makeup done. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. With breakfast included, excellent service, and unbeatable views from the rooftop, I would recommend this hotel to others.

Nice hotel in the city centre. Very good breakfast. We booked two rooms and only one of them was ready for check in at 3:00pm. The other room wasn’t ready till 5:30pm Also there are no tea and coffee bags in the room.

Great hotel with

At checkin we got a room with three separate beds but given our family situation (traveling with a three-year-old) they upgraded our room for free. We got an amazing room with a Balcony and great view of the castle. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was included and very good quality and variety. Location was also great, walking distance to all sort of shops and transportation.

The hotel was very kind to us since I sustained an injury away from the hotel and they did everything to make me more comfortable from getting me a handicap room to lending me a wheelchair to serving me in the breakfast buffet dining room. Thank you to your wonderful kind staff.
