This property was in a GREAT location for people staying in Lisbon. It was clean, easy to find, right in the center of everything and the majority of the staff went above and beyond to be helpful!

The breakfast was not free, although reasonable for what they served. The safe did not work for some of us and did not get fixed. I was a little ticked that although my friends and I paid the same price and booked on the same day, they got much better room with two balconies while we were facing a wall outside.

This hotel was incredibly disappointing. I think the hotel’s popularity online has negatively impacted the quality. The staff (evening) lacked hospitality experience or just don’t care. I’m not sure which is worse. 1. The first night it was clear our a/c was broken. Because we were on a higher floor, the room was hot (26 degrees celsius). The window provided no airflow, and if left open, caused bright light to shine in your room so you wouldn’t have slept anyways. We alerted staff and they did nothing except argue and refusing threaten a worse room as an alternative. They also don’t allow you to control the air and put it lower than 20 so even if it would’ve worked, it wouldn’t have been to our preference. 2. The staff’s attitude was really horrible considering the cost of the hotel and alleged quality. Rather than a piece of cake upon entering, it would have been preferable to actually have received quality service. 3. There was a horrible odor of BO throughout the lobby and hallways. It was so bad we had to avoid taking the elevator and change our clothes bc it was pervasive. Bottom line, there are a lot of wonderful places to stay in the area that are better quality, have friendlier staff, and are a better value. Moon Sun needs to get over itself and remember the business they are in.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Moon and Sun. Excellent location, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Iris was amazing. She was so helpful and pleasant and really did ‘go the extra mile’ to make sure we enjoy your stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel is easy to access, there’s no parking so it’s best to get there by taxi or Uber. The staff is really friendly and the check-in is easy. There’s a small elevator, but the rooms are a good size for Europe, clean and all the essentials we enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had a balcony over a busy street which was fun when the window was closed. It was very quiet room and comfortable bed. Centrally located in the downtown touristy section everything was walkable.

Hotel was in a very convient location & room was big enough and comfortable however could have done with a few more hooks to hang up bags and coats, also pillows werent the most comfortable. Lift is tiny so dont being a huge case. But staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was good l. Would recommend for a stay in lisbon.

The main reason for this place is your cancellation policy 3 days . I had to come home back for an emergency for family and I miss the cancellation by one day , when we decided to shorten our stay by one day to come back home The management did not want to even offer anything . We stayed one night and the other one paid in full and no refund . I am pretty sure other hotels would off acknowledged the cancellation fee and gave us at least half of the night fee . Management did not want to acknowledge anything . Also one more thing I asked to be on the main level because of I do not take any elevators asking back in July and they couldn’t accommodate that either but put the remaining people on our group on level 1 while they hadn’t requested to be lower level .
