We where greeted by very nice staff at the reception. We where also given a very spacious room. Cleanliness of room was exceptional. The location of hotel is in a very quiet area.The airport is just 30 minutes away. Bolt service is very efficient and cheap. I highly reccomend Lido Hotel.

Although this hotel has had renovations, our room was supposed to be a superior room but lacked amenities like Kleenex and my wife found the cord on the hair dryer too short. Our bathroom wreaked of bleach when we checked in and this was obviously to cover the smell of sewage that was always there. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

We had to change 3 rooms at check in because of poor conditions of the rooms. Window locks did not work and the there was no closet space or hangers. Washroom fan didn’t work, no where to hang wet bath towels. No iron available and no upgrade offered. Have stayed here before and conditions have gotten worse.

This hotel is in a quiet location overlooking the ocean and sports a decent pool. A big disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which is not commensurate with the price point they're asking. Otherwise a good alternative to the ridiculously expensive hotels in Cascais.

We had a less-than-ideal experience during our recent stay. Check-in was stressful, as we were unaware we needed to bring identification for our two small children—something that wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. The room itself was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom had a very strong and unpleasant odor. The fan didn’t work, which likely contributed to the problem. We tried airing it out while we were out for dinner, but unfortunately, the smell spread throughout the entire room by the time we returned. The included breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited selection and not much variety. On a positive note, the hotel grounds and common areas were well-maintained and clean. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, the bathroom issue and underwhelming breakfast really affected our stay. Would be hesitant to return unless improvements are made.
