The location is great, staff are friendly. However, the bathrooms are all molded, even though they let me change rooms. My first room was dark and small and smelled musty. The second room facing the street was brighter and more spacious, but the bathroom is still molded. The hotel is undergoing remodeling on one of the floors in Nov 2025. So if you read this review in 2027, perhaps the molded bathrooms would be corrected.

Staff were kind and helpful and the hotel is in a great location for this touristy area. The hotel is good value, but as others have noted, there was quite a strong odor in the room and it was a bit noisy with some construction on one of the floors pretty early one morning while I was staying there.

We are so pleased with this hotel, it located in the best part of Lisbon with walking distance to many amazing attractions! We still have more than enough time to do some sightseeing in Lisbon, instead stay by the airport, we decided to stay in city and also close to airport. This is the one! Staff are very friendly and polite, thank you so very much!

The hotel is in the center of all the attractions very good but noisy up 12pm. The price of the room is nit worth the money paid. You pay for the position of the hotel. The room was very small and the walls of the room were neglected. Needs a cery hood refresh of paint abd shower need a good renovation. The staff were very nice and helpful. Tks

This is a very basic hotel, but clean and in a great location for exploring Lisbon. However, we were disappointed that they intended to charge extra for the use of the safe and that the hairdryer did not work. The man in reception did give us the safe with no charge as a favour because we were nice, but they could not replace the broken hairdryer, which was inconvenient.
