Traveled from Canada stayed for just under a week with a large group for a film festival taking place in Lisbon! I was able to book accommodations for everyone in the appropriate rooms very easily. Staff at the front desk were always warm, welcoming and helpful! The breakfast was very enjoyable every morning with great hours! The location was perfect for what we needed for the festival and was within reasonable walking distance to many city hotspots! I would stay again next time we visit Lisbon and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Lisbon in the future!

The family room is big and absolutely enough for us three. Beds are good but the cover is a little bit too hot. Breakfast is normal and ordinary. Location is very good, 2 or 3 min walking distance to bus or metro station.

The hotel is nice although we had a problem with the shower…we were informed that the bathrooms are just about to be refurbished, so they can’t do anything about that. The staff is very nice, friendly and very helpful. Location is nice too, close to restaurants and shops.
