The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was all in marble and was beautiful. The staff was helpful and very nice. The breakfast was wonderful and we were able to eat outside and people watch at the same time. The hotel was in a great location. We enjoyed the donut shop Crush right next door. Their cappuccinos were amazing!

A hotel with a well-deserved reputation, you would be hard pressed to find a better location to explore either Baixa or the greater Lisbon area. It is on a no car street, but arrangements can still be made for airport or other transportation.

The staff were wonderful. They helped us with whatever requests we had. The hotel was always clean. Location was perfect. The room was small, but we managed. Breakfast was good, but could have been better. The cups didn’t have handles, so drinking hot beverages was a little awkward.
