A lovely hotel in a historic setting.

Very nice and centrally placed hotel. Good staff, who responded quickly to any issues... eg a plug sucker and lamp were not working but quickly rectified. Good choice at breakfast, and a wonderful inner courtyard, perfect for relaxing in the daytime or evening, Only problem was extremely small wardrobe for a double room.

People need to be aware that you have to walk many meters down cobblestone to reach the hotel. It is not very clearly labelled and we walked right past it. Fatima at teception was lovely!

Great hotel but getting there (self driving) is a challenge !! Don’t rent a large car ! GPS struggles to find the hotel, so make sure you have good directions before heading in to Lisbon.

I liked everything about the hotel...very comfortable, nice bed sheets/ pillows, amenities and breakfast was great. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The only one thing I wished is that the instant coffee and cream and sugar ammenity in the room would be restocked every day.Otherwise , a very nice stay.

Great place to stay! They have great coffee offered all day. The rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is delicious. They're a close walk to many main areas but out of the way of major tourist areas. I arrived quiet early and they were able to have my room ready 3 hours early ( which wasnt expected but appreciated). I highly recommend! Thanks for the greay stay!

Please was lovely, at a great location, I loved it. But the showers are quite small, the water spills everywhere, bed not very comfortable. There’s a lot of noise at night I assume from the city. But the complimentary coffee makes it up for not sleeping.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. The loft option with a second floor was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The main level had a sofa bed which was decent but made the room look a lot smaller than it was. Staff were very friendly at check in. They even arranged an early morning taxi service which was right on time.
