Amazing Customer Service! The hotel crew and front desk were amazing and willing to help. I had an issue with my bed because of back problems, it was an extra bed since we were in 3, and the front desk and the crew replaced it almost immediately. The location was also amazing, can’t say enough good things about this hotel and cost benefit. Best regards
