We were 3 adults in a room and were initially given 2 single beds and a pull out sofa with a springy mattress that was not going to be comfortable. We went to reception and asked if there were any alternatives. The receptionist knew right away our concerns and was able to provide another room where they could bring in a single bed. Housekeeping brought in the bed sooner than we expected and the bed was comfortable. Thank you.

Wouldn’t stay here again. We were overcharged for room service AFTER they brought us the wrong food (€35 magically went up to €41). If I hadn’t been dealing with a major illness I would’ve done something more about it. We reserved a room with a king bed and what we got was two twins pushed together with a huge divide between them instead. Overall just disappointing.

Very nice place, in a quiet neighborhood but still with many options. Metros and bus just around the corner. Staff very welcoming. Clean room with great room service, wifiis great if you need to work. Air conditionnibg is perfect for good night sleep.
