Fantastic location in the heart of the action, great for walking to sites and restaurants. Staff were attentive with requests, love the high ceilings. I would have loved a coffee maker in the room, but will definitely book again.

Definitely not a hotel. Very cool building with few rooms, excellent location, and very helpful staff. Walking distance to everything, front desk allowed us early check in, and even accommodated a room change the second day for more space and two beds. Highly recommend this over a hotel. Feels like local living but clean and comfortable.

The place location was great. The space for a family of 5, is not that big. However, the location and the service was AMAZING!!!! Everything close, the ladies at reception made an exception for us and let us to enjoy the breakfast out of the hotel time.

Property was clean. Didn’t see staff as it was a code to let yourself in. Room was spacious but our room backed on to another building. Bed was very comfortable and shower was great. Couldn’t get the AC to work leading to the room being stuffy. WiFi was poor which hindered us planning. No tea or coffee in the room. Very modern though and clean. Superb location to explore from.

We stayed at Hall Chiado for two nights before heading up the coast. The apartment was in a perfect location for a whistle-stop tour of Lisbon. It was also cool, quiet and very clean. Had a great stay.
