Welcome to our home!

This lovely apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, both with double beds. This flat also has a living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table in the kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, there’s plenty of storage space in the wardrobes that you can make use of.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well! We provide towels and complimentary toiletries too.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Penha de França is an old quarter in the heart of Lisbon. With a lot of life of its own and a genuine Lisbon soul. Next door is the well-known Graça neighborhood with all its miradors. The Mirador da Graça's bistro tables fill during both day and night around a kiosk serving refreshments. Senhora do Monte Viewpoint and São Jorge Castle are less than 1 km away.

Mirador da Senhora do Monte, higher up the hill, offers views of the Castle and views over the streets sloping down to the Tejo.

The apartment is only 3 metro stations away from the city centre and the nightlife areas beyond that like Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré are less than 3km away.

The nearest metro stations are Anjos and Intendente metro stations, which are 700m away from the apartment. The famous tram 28 runs down the street, making it a great transport and ride option to the unmissable Chiado.

By Metro from the Airport: Take the red line towards S.Sebastião, and exit in Alameda. From there, follow the green line towards Cais do Sodré, and exit in Anjos. Exit at "Anjos" station. (40min trip from the airport to the apartment)

Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00, EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will be happy to provide an additional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 EUR smoking fee.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e. when the sofa bed is not included)
