The living space offers a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table for shared meals. The charming kitchen creates a welcoming setting for cooking and socialising, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes — including an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker. For your convenience, a washing machine is also available.

The apartment features three beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first includes a cosy queen bed, generous storage, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second has another queen bed with a wardrobe, while the third offers a fun bunk bed and a dresser.

A shared bathroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a bright sunroom with a desk for those needing to work during their stay. To complete the experience, a cosy balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh breeze and a cup of coffee in the open air.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
