The hotel is located in an industrial zone. The staff at the reception desk was very irritable during check-in. The room contains nothing, only bed and a TV (there isn't even a hairdryer!!!). Upon arrival there was an unpleasant odor, so we had to air out the room. There is mold in the bathroom. The breakfast is poor.

Very Creepy! I arrived in the evening. It was dark. The door was open right off the street! No front desk....the place was scarry. As a solo traveler, no way was I going to stay. I paid for 5 days, but only stayed one night and I did not sleep...I rushed to find another place. I was all alone in this weird building for hours after dark. It felt like a scarry movie!

The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was tiny though. We stayed in five different hotels over 5 different nights in Portugal. This was by far the smallest room with the fewest amenities and fewest breakfast item selections. Even though the staff was friendly, the hotel room was tiny for two people. It was literally wall-to-wall bed with a tiny bathroom and tiny shower. I would not recommend this hotel. The price was more than better hotels in Coimbra, Lisbon, Porto, and Evora.

The hotel is lovely and clean and has friendly staff. Even though breakfast was included I did not partake in it so I cannot speak for it. The hotel is in a more commercial space so not much around to enjoy plus it is near a road. Having said that, if you e rented a car you can park for free. Shopping malls and Sintra national park and palaces are close by as well as Cascais and Lisbon. Definitively need a car though for this place. It has a lift and a ramp is that is off importance.
