Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as the Metro will take you from the Airport to within 100 metres from the front door of this hotel. Location is great in that you can walk to many of Lisbons top attractions.

First off, special thanks to the staff who were incredibly kind to adjust our reservation due to our flight cancellation when we were hit with the blizzard on the east coast. Our room were was very modern and clean and their breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very close to major attractions, shopping area and the metro station. We would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great and the staff are really nice and very helpful. We loved the breafast which is unusally included these days and was continually replenished.
