Right next to the apartment, you will find the famous Lx Factory where you can find various restaurants, cafes and stores. The Lx Factory public parking with a cost of 2€/day is also next to the apartment

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.

This was a fantastic place to stay! It was conveniently located and easy to access everything you need in walking distance. The only downside was the noise of the train / highway above. It could also use a second fan to be used on hot nights, since only one was provided. Otherwise everything was great during our stay!

Petit appartement bien décoré et situé mais un peu vieillissant
Petit appartement bien situé, propre mais un peu vieillissant ( sol et plafond abîmés).
Environnement assez bruyant car proche du pont du 25 avril et fenêtres mal isolées.
Il manque quelques équipements de base comme aspirateur ou pelle pour ramasser les miettes au sol.
Séjour tout de même agréable en famille.
