Feels like Home,,,but not for us

I don't know where to start! When we enter the premises, we could smell a very bad odor. We had to buy air deodorant to send it away. General cleanliness was poor (table sets, a disaster). There was no Delta coffee machine and the toaster did not work. Many rusted scratches on top of fridge. The outdoor steel stores, plus patio lightning system were not working because the breaker # 20 was overcharged. TV screen too small and too far away from sofa to be comfortable. The worst, the fall representation (pictures) about the outside patio. A real aggravation, could not use it, really disgusting, crooked stones, plants and flowers missing water and manucuring. Had nothing to do with the pictures proposed upon reservation.. We will not recommend nor we will used a Fells like Home location again. Very bad! Richard Fournier Sept 21/ Sept 26 2024

Overall, good.

I was unable to use the washer and when called for assistance it was not very helpful. There were a few cosmetic fixes needed that are not pictured in the gallery. Outside of that the staff was friendly and made the transportation super easy. Loved the a/c and the access to a small supermarket.
