The apartment is well-equipped and very roomy, and the location is very convenient. It is on the 4th floor (by North American counting), but there are two elevators that work well. There is quite a bit of street noise during the day, but with the windows closed it was much reduced and never a concern. Other than the very annoying flaw noted below, it was a very nice apartment and served us well.The one problem to note is with access to the apartment. First, the check-in processes requires having WhatsApp (which requires a mobile data plan, something that is not a given, and which may be expensive, for some travellers), and then requires reservation numbers that were not explained in advance. Add in that the response time on the chat varied greatly, and we spent at least 15 minutes waiting to check in to the apartment.Second is that only one electronic key is provided for a 2-bedroom apartment, which is just not acceptable. Their work-around is again the WhatsApp chat, with the same flaws as noted above. One couple spent 20 minutes in the hallway, waiting for the door to be unlocked remotely viat the chat. If this is the way that FeelsLikeHome handles all their apartments, I will avoid them in the future.
