The apartment doesn’t have a lobby so according to the site we were supposed to have received an email 24 hours before with access info. I never received that so I sent a message. The message was never returned we arrived at the apartment with no way to get in. The first two people I spoke to from Expedia actually hung up on me. The third, Manny, went above and beyond and actually stayed in the line and worked with me until our new room was found.
