Modern & clean, but outside noise is too much

The hotel is beautiful, modern and clean However the windows are not airtight. This was a problem since the hotel is beside “Oriente” main bus/train station. I had to put my ear plugs on so that I can sleep

What a false advertisement!!! I booked this hotel because it was our last night in Portugal and we wanted to be close to the airport, but also the rooftop pool and bar were by far the selling points! At 4pm we walked up to the pool and as we were about to get in, we were stopped and informed that the entire rooftop area was off limits for a private event. We were not informed of this at all during our check in. As we were going back to the room an announcement came on saying the building was being evacuated and kept playing for 30 minutes. When we went to the meeting point we were informed that this was a false alarm. In talking to other guests and complaining about the pool, they said they knew about it a few days earlier when they check in. We called the front desk they said that it was a pop up event and they couldn’t prepare for it in advance. When we checked out we complained and they said “it was raining anyway” which was a lie. The fact that we were not informed, provided compensation, or any solution was a huge disappointment!

Every thing about this hotel was phenomenal . From helpful and very lovely receptionists to the great breakfast and cleanliness of the room and bathroom . Must mention the cool refreshing jar of water at the entrance . I was very happy with my stay and definitely recommend this property .

Okay stay.

I was upgraded to a larger room which was great. The location was okay. The room was clean, however, the window was broken, and we heard traffic noise all night. I would have liked breakfast to be included.

From the first day, we were attended to by Melissa who was especially lovely and helpful. She provided tips and recommendations to exploring Lisboa. The concierge, patio staff and cleaning personnel were also very friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed the pool and the peace and quiet of the area. We will be back again

I would absolutely stay here again, the room was nice including the bathroom. The Netflix didn’t work ( only flaw) I didn’t get to swim in the pool due to the cold weather but it looked clean. I was able to sit on the rooftop, get a drink from the bar, and watch the sunset. Beautiful view of the city
