My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. They have very clean and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was amazing along with an added bonus of the 24 hr roof top pool. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located near the aquarium and there were lots of nice restaurants nearby. 10 euros in a taxi to the centre. Rooftop pool was great in the heatwave and all the staff were really friendly.

The Eurostars Universal Hotel has a 5 star rating and in my opinion, quite rightly so. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from Lisbon Oriente Station and Vaso Da Gama Shopping Centre - one of Lisbon's major centres. The hotel staff were excellent from arrival through to departure - always courteous, polite and efficient.
