The hotel is ok for a 3 star. Its close to lots of food options. Very very noisy neighborhood. The fire station is right across the road. Walking with suitcases around here is a monumental challenge. The Metro was very convenient. Bus routes were good as well.

Property was easily reachable by car. Close to supermarkets and small restaurants. Room was normal size, AC was finicky, not working if the window sensor was not fully set to close, so he got pretty hot the first night. Next day, found out that we have to make sure that the window handle it’s on the fully closed position, even if you don’t open the window! Front desk does not keep TV remote control batteries, had to wait till the next day to get them replaced! And TV buttons are all the way in the back, very difficult to get reach!:( As a pescatarian, breakfast could’ve been better if they had included smoked salmon. All in all, a decent and clean stay!

My experience with EXE Saldanha has been deeply disappointing, particularly in how the staff handled a lost item situation following my stay from September 26–29, 2025. After realizing I had left my watch behind, I immediately contacted the hotel, expecting a straightforward resolution. Instead, I was met with a series of delays, vague responses, and repeated references to an external “transport company” that was supposedly responsible for returning lost items. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no meaningful updates or assurance that my watch was being properly handled. The communication from the hotel was dismissive and lacked accountability — with representatives emphasizing that “nobody here wants your watch” rather than showing empathy or professionalism in resolving the issue. For a property operating under the Eurostars Hotel Company, this level of service is unacceptable. A guest’s trust should not be met with excuses and poor coordination. I would strongly caution future guests to be vigilant with their belongings, as the hotel’s lost and found process is inefficient, unhelpful, and poorly managed.

Clean hotel, great breakfast (for an additional price), attentive staff, parking onsite (also for an additional price). The hotel is nice and modern, very clean, good toiletries. The area is nice, and there’s bits of great architecture, though not particularly walkable or close to any of the more traditional neighborhoods. It’s a convenient location if you need onsite parking, and close to the airport. Staff is very attentive. Room was quiet, but beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows are quite poor quality. The sofa bed in the triple room is extremely uncomfortable. No amenities like gym or pool, just a small charmless bar in the lobby. Decent budget accommodation for a short stay, but rest is not great due to uncomfortable bedding.

It was quite a walk to the Center of the city but was definitely walkable. Loved having the grocery store across the street.
