Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spotless and incredibly hygienic, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment we arrived. Every staff member we interacted with—whether at the spa, restaurant, bar, or reception—was genuinely kind and attentive. Their professionalism and warmth made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. A very special thank-you goes to Valter at the reception. He listened to us with great care, helped us plan our day perfectly, and even organized a thoughtful surprise for my husband’s birthday. His dedication and kindness made our experience unforgettable. Was somewhat disappointed with the service - they charged us 30EU extra to add my wife to the reservation - i have never heard of this before. Then the light in the fridge malfunctioned and came on all night and when we told the desk about this they did nothing about it. Very poor problem-solving.

From start to end. My stay at EPIC Sana was nothing short of spectacular. The reception desk(s) was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and my room was amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say that it was one of the nicest and friendliest hotels that I’ve ever stayed in. The doormen, bartenders, cleaning staff, spa staff, all top notch. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone deciding on a hotel in Lisbon. Awesome location as well. I walked everywhere!
