Hotel was simply beautiful. Staff and service were amazing. Would definitely recommend. Walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. Wish they had a gym in property, but otherwise no complaints!

Really hot in the room and air on does not go below 20. Carpeted rooms added to the heat. Really clean and great friendly staff just the room was a little off for my taste. Mirrors everywhere including in the WC and shower. The walk back from the centre isn’t very pleasant so I’d get the metro which is perfectly located.

We loved the hotel and the staff. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff in the hotel are helpful and go above and beyond (someone from reception even walked us to a nearby store to purchase beach towels). While we found the area around the hotel not the best! As our taxi driver and uber driver mentioned “this was not the best location”.

Overall a good stay for 3 nights Pros: Room very modern as refurbished, bed comfy, layout good, room service upon request fast. Cons: TV embedded into wall and reflects the room light making it hard to see, no usb port or HDMI only via screen share, breakfast very small selection and mediocre, no AC in lobby or breakfast area, room cleaning very slow (not done until 2:30pm), shower hot water not very hot (luke warm) so hot shower not possible.

The hotel is lovely area surrounding not so much. The room was beautiful. Towels very worn. Loud traffic with windows open but quiet with the closed. Great for one night.
