The hotel is a beautiful, grand old home that has been renovated. Unfortunately, our room was in the annex that is next to a large construction project. The staff is warm and won’t let you lift a finger and the breakfast was a delightful buffet in a lovely, light filled dining room.

The breakfast buffet was beautiful and varied every day. The croissants and orange cake were my favorites. Each staff member we met was friendly and helpful. There are two metro stops nearby and one is the red line which has an airport stop. We would definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot in Lisbon! Everything was exactly as described—and even better in person. The location was perfect for exploring the city, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The space was clean, stylish, and felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host/team was incredibly helpful and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches—like local tips, comfy linens, and thoughtful amenities. Great hotel

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly, helping find attractions. The room was lovely, clean and had great amenities. Not the closest to the attractions in the city but a 3 minute walk from the metro. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and well done.

Wonderful hotel and staff, only one small topic was traffic noise which was rather loud in front room. Ear plugs provided but would recommend bringing your own if you are not used to traffic noise. For us everything else in the hotel and Lisbon was so wonderful we did not give it much thought after the first night as we got used to it after 4 nights.

The hotel is exquisitely decorated, the rooms are large, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms. The breakfasts are wonderful and the breakfast room is so pleasant, even has balcony tables. The staff is the real jewel of this place. They are pleasant, attentive and even serve you beverages while you register. They help with everything you need such as reservations for restaurants and tours as well as helping with early morning taxis. They know their city and can tell you how to get anything you need from pharmacies to souvenirs. Ritu and our bellman whose name escapes me helped us with early breakfast before our very early flight. We really appreciated him and are so embarrassed we cannot remember his name. The area around the hotel has a lot of restaurants but very little to see. There are good metro connections, lots of buses but we used Uber and taxis. Very easy to find grocerystore is a block away from the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks. It can be a bit noisy at night as it is a major street.

Staff was best part of experience. The breakfast was amazing. The room was big and beautiful and clean. The amenities were perfect. We were left a different note every day as to something special locally to do. The staff was really great about giving us a recommendations, both local and touristy. Also, we were given really good restaurant recommendations. Plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance, but also most touristy places and local places further away from residence were easily accessible by either Uber or public transportation.
