I had a great one night stay at the Dear Lisbon - Palace Chiado Suites. This is not a hotel to book if you have trouble with stairs, but they do everything possible to make it as easy as possible, including moving your luggage for you promptly. Super friendly staff, unique accommodation and great breakfast delivered to your room. I would highly recommend!

The hotel room was good and comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. However, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was not much choice available, and when we booked, it was not mentioned that the breakfast would be so limited. It was served in the room, but the portion sizes were extremely small — one slice of toast between two people, one tea bag, and one bottle of water shared between two guests. If you asked for anything extra, they charged additional fees. This did not feel like good value and was quite disappointing.
