Quarto Abelheira | Cozy Room with Country Views

Summary:

Quarto Abelheira is a cozy double or triple room on the first floor of our main house. From the window, you can enjoy a view towards the village of Abelheira on the horizon. The room has a double bed and a small sleeping gallery with a single mattress, making it ideal for a couple with one child or for three adults traveling together. From April to October, breakfast and two BBQ evenings per week are included.



The Space:

The room is located on the first floor of our traditional Portuguese main house. It features a comfortable double bed and a small gallery with a single mattress, creating a cozy and slightly playful sleeping area. The shared bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor and is shared with the guests staying in the other two rooms on the first floor. The communal kitchen and the large covered outdoor area are also downstairs, where breakfast is served in the morning and our BBQ evenings take place.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the shared facilities of Da Silva Surfcamp, including the large outdoor areas, swimming pool, communal kitchen, covered outdoor area and bar. You can also take part in surf courses, mountain bike tours and other activities at the camp. The beach and surrounding countryside are easily accessible from the property.



The Neighborhood:

Da Silva Surfcamp is located in a peaceful rural setting on Portugal’s Atlantic coast, surrounded by fields, green landscapes and small Portuguese villages. From the room, you can see the village of Abelheira in the distance. Praia da Areia Branca, one of the area’s most popular surf beaches, is only a few minutes away by car and can also be reached on foot or by bicycle. The beach offers several surf spots, cafés and beautiful sunsets over the Atlantic.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended if you would like to explore the area independently. Praia da Areia Branca is only a few minutes away, while Peniche, Lourinhã and many other beaches and coastal villages are easily reachable by car. We also have Beach Cruisers that guests can use free of charge for getting to the beach and exploring the surrounding area.



Other Things to Note:

Quarto Abelheira is particularly suitable for a couple with one child or for three adults who are comfortable sharing the room. Please note that the bathroom is shared with guests from the two other rooms on the first floor. The room is part of the main house, so you will be staying in the heart of the social and family-friendly atmosphere of our surf camp. Breakfast and two BBQ evenings per week are included from April to October.

We are happy to help with recommendations for beaches, surf spots, restaurants, activities and places worth visiting in the area. Da Silva Surfcamp has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, making it easy to meet other guests. The shared areas, bar and BBQ evenings are popular places to socialize, but everyone is free to enjoy the camp at their own pace.
