Very good, quiet medium size hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast good. The pool garden was excellent. The room we stayed in was spacious with a kitchen corner. The room was clean but a little worn out, especially the woodwork. Overall a very comfortable 5 night’s stay.

We loved our stay at this hotel! It’s conveniently located within walking distance of the Estoril and Monte Estoril train stations, making it easy to travel to Lisbon or Cascais. The beach is very close, and you can enjoy a beautiful 20-minute walk along the boardwalk into Cascais. Every hotel staff we interacted with was incredibly accommodating and genuinely friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in our stay and enjoyed it every morning.

It's a great hotel in a good area. The breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. Every morning it was the same, though. The furniture and walls are a little tired. The kitchenette needs more equipment. It's quiet.

The hotel was in a great location for short walking distance to nice local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, or dinner but not directly in a busy commercial area. Location is the biggest plus of the hotel, as you can, also, walk to the beach but a long walk with grades. Guest rooms could benefit from some updating. Staff is present on site but limited and not always easily accessible. I was disappointed that when a little late for included breakfast in the rate, that the restaurant staff noted that they would charge for the coffee that we requested just after breakfast ended. Also, there were several minor hiccups with elevator functionality, getting locked out of room and having to go to front desk 3 times to correct it, and bed / mattress discomfort.

Everything was fantastic; we really enjoyed our stay! The staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast is tasty, and the game room offers a wide variety of games to pass the time. The only downside was that the pool was too cold, and we had hoped to spend more time relaxing in or by the pool. Unfortunately, the kids couldn't stay in the water for more than a few minutes due to the cold, so we couldn't unwind poolside. Aside from that, it was a perfect vacation.

Honestly I had the most amazing time there!! The staff was amazing and the rooms were so cozy! We had a great balcony and the pool was incredible. Would definitely recommend to stay there!

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and enjoyed our stay. This hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We loved the location. It is close to the tram station, Casino and great restaurants. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
