Inside, you’ll find a modern fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and everything needed for longer stays. The home is equipped with built-in air conditioning throughout, ensuring year-round comfort. Both apartments connect seamlessly, giving you the privacy of separate spaces while sharing the luxury of one retreat. Recently built and in excellent condition, this property combines fresh modern interiors with resort-style amenities – ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking both space and style.

We provide portable air conditioners in each bedroom to help keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. We also supply fans for additional airflow and comfort throughout the apartment.
Please note that in bedrooms without windows, a portable AC may not perform efficiently because it requires proper ventilation. In those rooms, we provide a high-quality air cooler or fan instead, ensuring every guest has a comfortable sleeping environment. We always equip each room with the cooling solution that works best for its layout, so you can enjoy a pleasant stay.

Travessa João de Deus 13 is conveniently located in the Chiado neighborhood, well connected to Lisbon’s public transport network.
By Metro:
The nearest metro stations are Rato (Yellow Line) and Cais do Sodré (Green Line), both about a 15-20 minute walk away. From either station, you can enjoy a pleasant walk or take a short bus or tram ride closer to the property.

By Tram:
The famous Tram 28 passes near Estrela, with stops at Rua de São Bento and Estrela Basilica, both within a 5 to 10-minute walk of Travessa João de Deus. Riding Tram 28 offers a scenic route through many of Lisbon’s historic districts.

By Bus:
Several bus lines run along Rua de São Bento, providing frequent connections to central Lisbon neighborhoods such as Baixa, Chiado, and Marquês de Pombal.

By Taxi or Ride-Share:
Taxis and ride-share services like Uber and Bolt can access the street directly. Due to narrow, sometimes one-way streets in the area, expect a short walk if the driver cannot pull right up to the door.

On Foot:
The neighborhood is very walkable from nearby points like Jardim da Estrela or Rua de São Bento, both about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment is on the first floor and there are a total of 24 steps up the apartment.

The location is unbeatable: you’re right in Lisbon’s historic center, just a short walk from famous viewpoints like Miradouro de Santa Catarina and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, the iconic Bica elevator, the Time Out Market, and the lively districts of Chiado and Bairro Alto.
