The staff at Chiado 44 was outstanding. We especially liked Isabella. She was always ready with a smile and lots of suggestions for things in the area. Towel hooks in bathroom dont work. There is a ladder for towels. They have ice but not always available. There are 103 steps to the rooms in the 4th floor. Doesn’t seem to be staff to help with luggage up to the room. Staff is friendly. Good location.
