Location can’t be beat. Lovely and practical amenities . The staff is very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable. Isabella, manager, is amazing. Be prepared to walk up MANY flights of stairs to the rooms. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Lisbon. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were basic but had all the amenities needed. The only inconvenience was no elevator so if you don’t mind walking up stairs after walking up a hill then this place is for you. Overall would stay again and would recommend.

We stayed on the top (4th) floor, and had a wonderful view! Weather was perfect at the end of April, but we did end up using the AC, which worked great. You will be walking up a lot of steps to get up to the 4th floor. Comfy bed, clean, our room and bathroom were pretty small but we did not mind. It was the perfect area in Chiado, walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, town squares, etc. Would stay here again!
