Great location but needs TLC

The good part is the location if you want to be in the center of the action. Many restaurants, shops, and sites within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, but with sparse furnishings. Living room has futon couch. It was made up as a bed which we didn’t need. We had to make it into a couch to have somewhere to sit. Some maintenance is needed. Walls were scratched up and need paint. Shower head was loose and held with tape. This place is a good price for the location, but could use some TLC.

I loved our stay at Casas De Baixa. It was our home away from home. We slept so well and the amenities were great! The washer and dryer were a bit difficult to operate, but it got the job done.

We liked that the unit was spacious and bright and close to sights. We liked that you had a washer in the unit but having a few laundry pods would have made a great difference! Also adding a couple of kitchen towels would help. The pillows we initially had hardly any filling but the extra pillows given later were better. A few extra touches like this would go a long way in really making the place comfortable for your guests.

Great location, big apartment but needs a little upkeep molding in shower, slow drainage, missing soap in soap dispenser, kitchen faucet to be changed, very hard beds & small to flat pillows. A lot of dining options, all walkable distance a lot of sute seeing, property owners are quick to answer & clean overall apartment & building.

Great location! The pre-checking on line was easy and we were able to acces the appartement at noon. The place as large Windows and a lot of light. We were a group of four friends, the sofa bed was not confortable.
