There was a mishaps with the elevator on the day we arrived with heavy luggages. We was told that because of fire emergency was sounds & the elevator shutoffs at 2am the night before. The situation was fixed the day after.

The location of this property was perfect for what my family and I wanted to see. Just a couple blocks from the waterfront and easy to navigate the area on foot. The room was clean and comfortable. It did show some wear and tear (paint missing from spots on the wall as an example) but nothing that looked dirty. It could just use a freshening up. My only disappoint is that I was supposed to receive a bottle of spirits as a VIP perk and I did not.
