Very friendly and welcoming staff. The room had a lovely view of the park across from us and we could hear live music being played at the park. Was truely a great stay and experience. The rooms are gorgeous if you appreciate character, not your standard boring modern room.

The room needed some work. The bathroom door broke while we were staying at the hotel. It is clean and spacious and staff were really helpful.
Room was clean and very spacious but they had construction outside while we were there.
Bathroom door broke while O was inside. Hotel staff had to take it off for repair.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was basic. The entry to the b&b was rough and hallways weren't as clean as they could be. The photos were somewhat deceptive. But the staff were welcoming and helpful.

When we first arrived, it seemed very dark and dingy. But the room is actually lovely and bright and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very nice with a very reasonable selection. It is not right downtown and is on top of the hill which does require some walking but it’s a lovely location and very good value for money.

We loved our stay at Caso do Principe and took advantage of their transportation from the airport and from the hotel to the cruise terminal. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was clean and beautiful with a balcony. Lots of restaurants in the area. We especially enjoyed the park across the street and the restaurant located in the park. Great food and so convenient. Definitely recommend!

This is an old Palace turned into a hotel. The hotel is central and near to everything. The room was very large and clean and had everything you needed. The staff were fantastic and friendly. This is highly recommended.
