Apartment completely renovated in 2011 in the heart of old Lisbon, near the historical center of Lisbon.
Set in a typical neighborhood in a quiet and peaceful street, is the historic center of Lisbon to less than 5 minutes walk, can visit the Rossio, Restauradores, Avenida da Liberdade, Marques de Pombal, Chiado, Bairro Alto, Camões, Castle St. Jorge.
In the area there are several monuments, churches, sights to see, Clubs, Bars, and still experience the famous Ginginha Rossio.
The apartment is about 200 meters from the historic center of Lisbon, Rossio, Restauradores.
At the center will have available all necessary transport to enjoy your stay: Metro, Bus, Train, Taxi. It's really close.

The Host left us a lovely welcome basket. The space was clean and tidy. The kitchen was lacking in some basic supplies such as cooking oil. There was not enough information available about running electronics in the apt., such as the washer. The Host did not respond in a timely manner to email requests for information.

A perfect apartment for a fabulous Lisbon experience. Carla provided excellent communication, directions and answered a couple of questions instantly. We were very grateful for the lovely gift of wines and snacks. The kitchen was very well equipped should you wish to cook however the location of the apartment was ideal to explore the many restaurants and key tourist spots on foot or by the excellent transport options. We would certainly recommend Carla’s accommodation to stay whilst you explore the exciting city of Lisbon .

Everything was great. Hot water. Nice kitchen with everything needed. Great little supermarket up the road. Hill and stairs to apartment as expected of living in the historical part of any European city. We embrace it and walked everywhere. Bedroom is cozy (small). Living room area had lots of room for the two of is to spread out on. Loved to open the Juliette balcony doors for the fresh air. Washer works and the heater rack in the bathroom very helpful to quickly dry clothes.

This is a complete apartment within a ten minute walk to rossio square. The apartment is supplied with everything you need to cook, make coffee, relax, etc. The place is in an older part of Lisbon, but charming. The main square is a 10 minute walk downhill, so it is uphill on the way back. We are an older couple and did not find the return trip difficult. When you go in the first time, just be aware the apartment is UP a rather short flight of stairs on the left. it is not on the ground level. You have to open a little lockbox by the door, no problem to get the key after you go up the stairs. We were very happy with the accommodation, and would definitely stay again, especially for the price in the heart of Lisbon. Being close meant we never needed a car and we were able to save money by cooking for ourselves several times. We were able to walk a couple of doors down to buy little things like milk, eggs, fruit, etc. Carla left us an amazing gift basket as well that included some great snacks and wine. We will stay there again when we come back for sure.

Well located close to main central squares. The street is a bit grungy, but we had no problems. The host was responsive and provided a very nice welcome gift basket. We had a wonderful time in and around Lisbon.

Great little spot in center of town. Carla responds and communicate quickly and efficiently. Everything we needed except a/c as there was a heat wave during our stay and the fans had a hard time keeping up. Convenient markets, bar and restaurants really close by. Would definitely come back here.

Perfect for our stay in Lisbon

Quaint bijou property, great for our needs.So close to city centre. Area felt a little run down on 1st impression but there was nothing to worry about. Felt safe once we got our bearings Property has all you need for a short stay.Theres several small shops nearby and a nice real ale pub only a minute away. Contact with the host was clear and informative. Self check in and key instructions were easy to follow. The locations is on a steep hill so bear this in mind. But the short walk into town makes for a great location.I would recommend this property.

Convenient stay in city centre

We were happy to have this little apartment in a very central location to use as a base for our exploration of the city. We were able to explore on foot to most of the sights. A small confusion on getting in solved easily by communicating directly with the owner but it would have been helpful to have a functioning light in our landing so we could see the lock box with key. Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom and it was helpful to have dishwasher and washing machine.

Great little apartment!

This was perfect for our 4 night stay. The bed was comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space. We didn’t cook there but it seemed to have everything needed.We agree with the other reviews about it being up a steep hill but as iong as you’re reasonably fit then it is not a problem. Would stay again!

Great apartment in traditional residential location

Fabulous small apartment, perfect for a couple. Spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a 6 night stay. A short walk into the main town centre but quiet and felt safe at night. Choice of a few traditional style restaurants very close by, we had some very pleasant meals. Carla and Paulo were great hosts, communication was faultless and we really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
