This was the most wonderful hotel experience we’ve ever had in an incredibly beautiful luxurious room overlooking beautiful view! The staff was outstanding and went the extra mile to make our stay extra special. The location is prime for walking around and seeing everything in Lisbon. Everything was lovely. There was a glitch at the beginning, but they fixed it promptly. The hotel itself is in a flat area, close to good sightseeing and many cafes. The breakfast buffet and food to order was top notch. I would definitely stay here again, when I return to Lisbon.

This is a great small hotel, all the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar area is small but enjoyable, you can also sit outside. The food and service was excellent. There is a nearby covered parking areas and the Metro stop is 5min walk away

Friendly helpful staff. Spotlessly clean. We had a superior room with really comfortable bed and high quality shower etc. Breakfast had a good selection. Located close to the metro which makes transfer to and from airport very easy and cheap (with a navegante card available from the machines at the metro station). Beautiful hotel, traditional but modern decor. The most basic room was big enough for us (couple spending most our time out exploring the city) and comfy beds and good air conditioning made for good nights sleep. The location is ideal - so close to the centre but just back one block which meant it was right amongst all the good restaurants, sites and transport links, but also pretty quiet - no busy traffic directly outside. We will 100% come back again.

Very comfortable, newly renovated boutique hotel and extremely well located, close to buses and 2 blocks from metro station and ferry. Caring staff, always willing to help and very thoughtful.
