Misrepresenting a studio

It was hard to get to. Once there place was dirty and smelly. Holes on walls. Bathroom dirty and water puddles in bathroom. Management not responding. Canceled my credit card and moved to a hotel. Horrible experience we have pictures and records if interested

Grubby, poorly equipped, uncaring host.

Terrible!! We were forced to check-in on the other side of town, and pay full fees before being given a key and then sent away. When we arrived there was no-one to meet us and the place was dirty and not fully equipped. There were bugs, dirty dishes put back in the cupboard, splotches and spills everywhere on the couch and walls. Stained pillowcases! We called the host, but they did not care and in the end nothing was done to rectify the situation. We have previously had great hosts and accomodations, so this was a terrible shock! We would not recommend this one to anybody!!

Les photos ne correspondent pas au logement proposé. Malgré l'amabilité de la personne qui nous a confiée les clefs du logement, nous avons été très étonnés de devoir nous rendre à une autre adresse que celle du logement. Arrivés sur place, nous avons constaté que le lit n'était pas fait, que les jeux de serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas complets, que le mobilier du logement était sale et vétuste, qu'il manquait le flexible de douche, qu'il restait du linge dans le lave-linge, il manquait également le réceptacle de la machine à café, pas 2 verres à vins similaires, idem pour les tasses. Le logement est très sombre et humide. Il sent les égouts. Enlevez les photos avec les capsules de cafés (même pas 2 laissées !), et celles avec les contenants pour savon et produit vaisselle qui sont vides. Il s'agit de réservation de courte durée, je pense que prévoir gel douche et liquide-vaisselle est un minimum. Vraiment très mauvaise expérience qui malheureusement nous conforte du peu d'attention portée aux "guests".

Lisbona è bellissima. L’appartamento no. Lo stato di igiene in cui abbiamo trovato l’appartamento era deplorevole: due dita di polvere sotto al materasso, un calzino sporco lasciato in un angolo. Comunicazione con l’agenzia inesistente: si rompe il minuscolo ventilatore in dotazione, l’agente fa finta di nulla. Lampadine che non funzionano, bagno e box doccia in condizioni pietose. La ciliegina sulla torta è stato scoprire l’ultima sera la presenza di un enorme scarafaggio dietro al letto. Sconsigliato.

Esta muy bien situado, para mi el mejor barrio. Parking y parada de metro a 500 metros Es pequeñito pero tiene una decoración que lo hace acogedor. La atención de Bernardo muy buena. El wifi impecable.

Agréable séjour à Lisbonne

L'emplacement au coeur du quartier historique de Alfama tout près de grand nombre de monuments, musées et restaurants Fado. La grande place des commerçants est tout près à quelques minutes de marche. La gare Santa Apolonia se trouve à proximité à 5 min de marche. L' appartement se trouve dans une rue très calme. L' accueil de Luis de BmyGuest était très chaleureux et nous a fourni de précieux conseils.
