This property is in a great location however there were many inaccuracies about the property as shown on the listening. Prior to booking I asked if there was AC in the bedroom. I was told there was AC in the bedroom. Upon arrival, I found there was no AC in the bedroom and it was impossible to cool down in there with the weather being 100 degrees everyday. We booked the place for 3 people. There was VERY limited and minimal supplies it did not feel like this place was suited for 3 people. We were given 2 pillows total, 3 towels with stains on them, no paper towels, and 1 bed sheet to turn the couch into a bed for the 3rd person. I messaged the host to ask for help finding a solution (either bringing another pillow or bringing a fan for the bedroom) and they offered no help whatsoever. There are many other reasonable places in Alfama that I suggest others book with.
