Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were efficient and helpful, and the room itself was very comfortable. I especially loved the balcony overlooking the main street — perfect for relaxing and people watching. The hotel is very close to the ferry terminal. Very helpful staff, Our ferry was canceled due to adverse weather and the staff were very accommodating and let us stay in our room for another night for a small fee. There was an outside space with views of the volcano that was very relaxing to sit in on an evening.

Great location very close to the ferry so you can walk to the hotel. The private terrace of a top floor room is spacious and a nice place to sit with a view of the ocean. The buffet breakfast, included in my rate, was really impressive.
