I paid hotels.com for my stay at the star inn ,but on arrival at the star inn, I was charged again , as payment had not been made, but when l checked my bank details I have been charged once by hotels.com £143.74 and again by the star inn. £124.88. To whom do I turn to resolve this issue?

A very nice place to stay. This is not a tourist destination but the nearby area is very nice and worth a walk. There is a very nice pub at the hotel and we eat well. The room was very nice and clean.

Stay here on regular basis when visiting my brother in Lingfield. Great pub and great food. Rooms comfy and convenient, I particularly like having the exterior rooms .
