100-square-meter Vacation Apartment: A Modern, Centrally Located 195 Villa

Welcome to our modern vacation rental in the beautiful Allgäu region!
Our lovingly furnished apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the region’s stunning natural scenery and diverse recreational opportunities. In just a few minutes on foot, you’ll reach well-maintained hiking trails that lead you straight into the countryside and to breathtaking views of the mountains. In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts right outside the front door. The idyllic Waldsee lake and the town center are also within easy walking distance.
The Apartment:
The spacious 100 m² vacation apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. It features three bedrooms: Two rooms are each furnished with a double bed (1.60 m), while the third bedroom offers a bunk bed and a single bed—ideal for families or small groups.
The open-concept living and dining area invites you to relax with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy sofa corner. From the kitchen, you have direct access to the sunny balcony—perfect for relaxing.
The modern bathroom is spacious and features two sinks and a walk-in shower. A separate toilet is located right next door. Upon request, we’d be happy to provide a crib and a high chair.
Additional amenities:
A free parking space is available right next to the house. The apartment is located on the first floor and is therefore easily accessible.
Location – Lindenberg in the Allgäu:
The charming mountain town of Lindenberg is situated in the border triangle of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and is one of the sunniest places in Germany. Hiking enthusiasts, swimmers at the idyllic Waldsee, and winter sports enthusiasts on the numerous cross-country trails and slopes will all find something to enjoy here. Tennis courts and golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to its central location, Lake Constance, the Appenzell region, Vorarlberg, the Oberstdorf mountains, and the famous royal castles in Füssen are all within easy reach—ideal for a variety of excursions.
